Refund Policy

We want you happy with what you buy. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
When we'll refund you
- Technical defect — the file is corrupt, won't import, or doesn't play correctly.
- Misadvertised — the file is materially different from what was shown in the preview.
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same item twice.
- Pro subscription — within 24 hours of your first charge, if you haven't downloaded anything yet.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
When we won't refund you
- Change of mind after downloading
- Incompatibility with software you didn't check upfront (we list compatible apps on every product page)
- The file works but you don't like the style
- Purchase made more than 7 days before the refund request
- Custom-build orders where work has already started
How to request a refund
Email mihai@filmple.co with:
- Your order number (found in your profile)
- The reason for the refund
- For technical issues — screenshot or short video of the problem
We'll respond within 24 hours on business days.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 1 business day. The credit usually shows up on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Pro subscription cancellations
Cancelling Pro is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access through the end of the current period. If you want a refund of the most recent charge (within 24 hours and with no downloads), email us.
