4.1 Standard License: When you purchase Content with a Standard License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Content for personal and commercial projects, online videos and websites, social media content, and presentations and educational materials.
4.2 Extended License: Content purchased with an Extended License includes all Standard License rights plus use in products for resale, unlimited distribution, and use in templates or applications where the Content forms part of a larger work.
4.3 Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Content as standalone files; claim copyright ownership of any Content; use Content for illegal, defamatory, or offensive purposes; or use Content in a way that implies endorsement by the original creator.
5.1 All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before downloading any Content.
5.3 Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if the Content is substantially different from what was advertised, contains technical defects that prevent normal usage, or cannot be downloaded due to server issues.
5.4 No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incompatibility with your software, or purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
6.1 All Content remains the intellectual property of Filmple or its respective creators/licensors.
6.2 You acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use the Content, not ownership of the Content itself.
6.3 We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.
7.1 You agree not to use our Services for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff, or use automated scripts to collect information from our Services.
8.1 We strive to ensure all Content is available for download at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
8.2 We reserve the right to remove or modify any Content without notice.
8.3 Once purchased, you are encouraged to download and securely store your Content promptly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Filmple regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements.
