Filmple Standard Commercial License · v1.0

This is the plain-English version. The Terms & Conditions have the legal language.

What you get

When you buy a Filmple product or subscribe to Pro, you get a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use that asset in your own creative work.

✓ You CAN

  • Use in monetized YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts
  • Use in client work, branded content, sponsored videos
  • Use in online courses, paid memberships, online ads
  • Use in unlimited projects, forever
  • Modify or remix the asset to fit your project
  • Use across web, broadcast, and streaming platforms

✗ You CANNOT

  • Resell or redistribute the asset as a standalone file
  • Sublicense, gift, or transfer your license to someone else
  • Claim authorship of the asset itself
  • Use in hateful, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Use as part of a template, plugin, or stock library you sell
  • Share login credentials to bypass per-user purchase

One license = one user

The license is granted to a single individual or single business entity. Teams of 3+ should reach out about team licensing — email mihai@filmple.co.

Filmple Pro subscribers

While subscribed, Pro members can download and use any asset in the Filmple library under the same Standard Commercial License.

If you cancel Pro, the assets you've already downloaded remain yours under the license — but you lose access to new downloads.

Custom orders

Custom-built brand kits include exclusive rights to the specific assets we create for you. The license is fully transferable as part of a business sale (we'll happily re-issue the license to the new owner).
